Bio for Mischa Redmond
Mischa Redmond is a Sales Professional who has been in the sales arena since 1990 and in the merchant
service industry since 2003. He began his career as a field representative for CardPayment Solutions,
and was promoted to Regional Manager of the Midwest Region within 8 months of employment.
He set company records for monthly individual sales (41) and office totals (222) and eventually
developed a market that added an average of 150 new merchant accounts each month and by 2009 was processing
almost 15 million dollars a month in volume with over 3000 active merchant accounts. In late 2009 he had an
opportunity to start his own business called The Redwoods Company with his wife Shelly. The Redwoods Company
currently has 7 employees and over 15 account executives in the Midwest Region and is focusing its energy on
developing a VIP program that is new to the marketplace.
Launching his own company has given Mischa Redmond an opportunity to develop programs closely associated with
The Redwoods Company core values which revolve around community giving. They are a corporate sponsor of The
At Home Group, a midwest non-profit that focuses on self sufficiency among individuals that are homeless through
entrepreneurship, employment and educational assistance. In addition, they are currently developing a local
shopping community card with over 80% of all proceeds going back to the local school involved in their program.
Additionally, Mischa Redmond has trained and developed corporate training programs throughout this industry and others.
He has published two sales guides, "How to Sell Merchant Services," and "30 Days to Sales Success."
Mischa has been married to Shelly for 12 years and they currently have three daughters.
They have resided in New Prague for almost 10 years.
